lol it will likely stay in the box for awhile. if and when i get back to work i wont be needing it right away

 

got an email last Thursday basically saying that I had the job and that they were going to contact me early next (now this) week, and still nothing. I tried calling the HR department, nobody answered. Then I called the director of the department who interviewed me, and it went straight to voicemail. I'm starting to get frustrated. If this is how they treat people that want to work for them, I wonder how they treat people that already work for them...

I have 2 Makita 10" LS1013 , I have been eyeing the new Makita LS1014 though .

 

you ever have any issues with the bearings for the rails on the mikitas?

nope, the guide rails for the cutting assembly/head/blade/ whatever you want to call it lol

 

No problem with the rails except the tolerances are pretty tight so any surface rust build up will make the action stiff . I usually give them a sand wth some 200 grit when it builds up and a shot of silicone spray .
