What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Lol. You might find me backing into parking spaces at buildings with large windows.

 

The brightness upgrade is nice but I much prefer the light layout to OEM. The half circle brake/running and orange turns look so much better (for other drivers I guess lol) than stock

 

I have a 2009 MazdaSpeed3. I love it. Awesome little car and stupid fast.

 

Changed the grill out. Only chrome left is on the rear bumper and I have replacement parts for that too...

Yeah, Stage1 was one of the first mods I did. The OEM tail light setup is a design flaw in my opinion, and it required fixing.

 

There is a reason my Tacoma has a Mazda3 shift knob. 8 years of climbing up and down the gears with a shit-eating grin on my face put a special place in my heart for that shift knob. Had to buy a set of grommets, an M12 tap, and a 10.8mm drill bit to make it work, but worth every dime. I swear the truck shifts better now.

 

Had a 2013 Speed3 and agree fun and fast. Sold it and big down payment on my 22 OR

Whoever has Powder Coated sliders. How have they been holding up over the years? mostly concerned about how they look where you step to get in the truck. Have you seen ware on the top?

 

Mine ended up merging souls with a Nissan before shuffling off its mortal coil when an old lady decided my headlights were not a car doing 45mph in the oncoming lane when she decided to hang a left into a Walmart parking lot. Then a week later I bought a Taco.

That's ok, it's all good clean fun, we are not trying to hurt his feelings. Some people here are Retired and some people follow on their phones too. it's a learning page and entertainment page too.
