For the all who did the install themselves how was it? I have always installed all my own Springs/Coil overs, leafs, etc. The only part of the process I am worried about is seating the collar. I dont have a vice big enough to hold shock, or a press. Any advice before I pull the trigger on this, I dont think I wait on Eibach's continuing delays.

    Thanks in advance.

I didn’t have a press. I had a local off road shop do it. $280 that included alignment.

I just knocked the spring perches off and on with a dead blow hammer. It was pretty easy just a couple minutes each

Taking it out camping next week and will put it through some paces. Rear blocks for now, probably get the Icon leaf packs in a year or so. Running a Body Armor 4x4 bumper with Warn VR EVO 8S winch. Front lifted 1 3/4, rear lifted 1 1/8. Happy with my 32” 265/75-16 ST MAXX tires. Next on my list are the sliders from Westcott.

I have a set of coil overs from a 3rd gen that I am going to have installed on my 08. I would like to add a 1.5 spacer to get a little lift in front. Can I use this spacer on a coil over? Would the coil over have to be disassembled or does the spacer go on top of the coilover

Anyone install the Westcott front lift + an Icon RXT pack on their Pro? I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on the RXT pack today and setting it to lvl2. I did see a few posts from over a year ago, anyone who did post...still enjoying the icon pack?

Still digging the Icon RXT + Westcott in the front. I ran option 2 for a bit but bumped it up to option 3 with shell, RTT, rear swing out bumper. Handles the weight marvelously but isn't rigid at all. YMMV based on what you are toting around though.

PitCh0w how did it turn out? You have the exact same setup I have I just haven't put the bumper and winch on yet. Got any before and after pics on how the weight of bumper and winch affected the westcott lift?

First pic is Wildpeak AT3W in stock size 265/70/16. Second pic is Goodyear Ultraterrain in 265/75/16

Westcott lift in front and Headstrong 3 leaf add a leaf in rear. (note the headstrong is better than the icon IMHO, no clip cutting and its threaded for brake line mount)

How are you liking the ride with the Ultraterrains and new lift?

Honestly so far the ultraterrains ride better than the wildpeaks in stock size. Maybe it’s the taller sidewall.
So far I really like them and they are now cheaper and lighter than the Wildpeak. $189 for the Goodyears and they weigh 40 lbs

had the lift on for both. Rides great.

Just did bald mountain trail / big levels yesterday and the Wescott kit is doing awesome. Just put a bumper and winch on the front before the trip. Around 20k miles on the kit and it’s still doing great on road and off. Can’t speak to the rear because I have a Deaver pack. But the stock foxes are doing great with the lift also.
