    I was 4 in ‘72, so I don’t remember that, but I remember around ‘76 there were long lines and alternate days to buy gas. Don’t remember why though.

    Edited my post 73 oil embargo is when it started. I was born in 57, can remember the gas wars when the price was around.25 cents a gallon.
