No no no, my parents spent about a year trying themselves to access everything with the occasional assistance of their attorney. Finally, my parents gave up and put their attorney on it 100% and even the attorney is struggling to make progress.

Yall know way more about this whole system than I do. Just take this as a warning to make sure all your bases are covered. Sometimes, even when you do your best to ensure everything is sound, it isn't...

It's literally 2008 but an order of magnitude worse. The Fed is and has been pumping trillions into everything they possibly can to keep the whole shitshow from collapsing. SPY has been trying to crash for over a year and they keep propping it up.

So far it has been a waiting game. Send documents, wait a month for response. Most of the time, the response has been that they need more documents. Why? Everything you requested has already been sent, 3 times. But CS keeps asking for additional documents. When additional documents are provided, they ask for the originally requested documents again. That is why it is taking so long. It isn't that they're battling CS with constant back and forth communication, it is that they're spending most of their time waiting around for a response only to be told they don't have everything they need. Why wont CS just tell them up front everything that is needed to begin with? Why keep asking for more? Why keep moving the goalpost?

 

We have not. But will see about going that route. Thank you
