    So what brand of aftermarket headlight is best for 2012 Taco? I'm looking for style plus best night vision. If I can't improve the performance over stock I'll just leave things as they are. Thanks.

    Your best option is gonna be @crashnburn80 's ultimate halogen headlight mod, or keeping it stock.

    Best aftermarket options will be the Morimoto first, and Alpharex second.

    Fox and Locked suspension 63's Skinny 33's
    HID's with proper projectors are also a very valid option IMO. That is if you don't mind doing the work yourself.
