    Afternoon all:

:yay:Not as complicated as most projects on here, but I managed to replace a fishing rod guide that had lost its ceramic insert, hardest part was trying to line the darn thing up with the other guides.
It is on a 7' BPS Bionic Blade rod that I like and use for walleyes, probably could have taken it to a rod builder and had it replaced for close to what I paid for the rod on sale, or just bought a new rod, but I'm happy with the job I did using an eye from another pole that was the right size.
Now, :fingerscrossed: that it doesn't fall off after the first cast!

I'll send my wife. She did the carb when I went racing. Only thing on the car that worked. ..

Yes I’ve used turbo tax for at least 20 years. I’ve never been audited but was always honest as I could be. I’m not saying my taxes are really that complicated. The Deluxe package handled my stock sells, charitable contributions and donations, home office deductions just fine. For $40 I always got federal efile but never pay for state efile. I only have one state to file against. I’m not paying another $30 to efile state when I owe every year. My federal refund comes in 3 days after I file. My only negative is he cost of state efile so I print and put a stamp on it.

I got that second booster Moderna last Saturday, later that night got chills and felt like crap. Two days later I’m back to normal, this is a good immune response means it’s working.

Rule: Work expands to fill the day. Last damn harness, two solder shrink connectors melted one damn strand together, and I had to pull it and do it again. But the last of the wiring is done, grille is back on . Trick relay is all labeled and back to perfect. Normal running is my slash DRL and now the bottom driving lights on. If I turn on fogs, off they go

Well, I messed up that first pic....but why edit when I can just do it over?

This mess of wires was what I had around my DRL/Fog relay. Guy had even tied my camera power into it. None of those splices were mine. I bunched up what I needed, and got it out of the way. Then last night, my brain said I had to do it all over.

    20220403_145624.jpg
    20220407_155322.jpg

So, speaking of the camera - it knew that I bought a new one, so, it decided to work with a clean, and dedicated harness. Playing with it, seems the RCA video connector is a little sloppy. But, it is now plug in replaceable!

    20220407_155251.jpg

This all started because no one would buy those two Driving/Fogs for $20. So, I said, I will just add them to the Slash wires. Then, I found the bad ground.... you can't do one thing.

I had the electrician over yesterday to do work on hooking up my pole barn. Lots of different issues involved. Glad to be getting it done but have some serious doubts about what the final bill will be and whether I will need some Vasaline handy. I built it myself because I couldn't see paying contractor prices, and I could have wired it myself and just hired the electrician to hook it into the present service but had a weak moment in my rush to get it done. So up due to worrying and mind racing.
