Now I understand why people love/hate black vehicles. Looked awesome clean, now it's a mess

 

It's a set of OEM 3rd gen suspension. I don't even remember who has it at the moment. DM incoming anyway.

 

Was interesting to see all the water beading though. The dealer don't do that kind of crap, so the previous owner must have. Somehow I must have gotten a well cared for truck

Taking the turd gen to work today, I'm gonna be disappointed with all the in and out shifts. The 2nd gen just staying in 5th/OD the entire trip...

Anyone know a good mobile detailing guy or service in Delaware County area? I need to get both trucks cleaned up after winter and am not going to be doing that one-handed.

 

Yeah, I'll take a look if no-one has a guy. I'd rather use someone we know than just call a rando.

 

@Arcticelf Scavellos in Exton does a good job and they work on higher end cars too. I always think that if someone with a $90k Porsche is willing to have them work on their car, then my truck should be fine. Had my windows tinted there and they did a good job. Stood behind their work when I had a small bubble in my passenger window. Completely re-did it for me. There's almost always a luxury car in there being detailed or coated for an upcoming show. Bit of a drive for you, but at least you know they do good work.

Woke up this AM to the sound of rushing water in the basement. Actually to the sound of my bride rushing in to interrupt the meeting I was in to tell me about the water. One of my sump pipes came apart and the pump was spraying the water, like a hydrant. The other pump was working but still had about two inches of water. Once fixed, the pumps got back up. Wife has been reorganizing the basement and had a lot of stuff that was up on shelves in piles on the floor. Sigh.

 

Dang, what a Friday morning greeting that was. Hope the weekend is better.

 

Opossums are the most stubborn animals to deal with. Any other animal can't wait to get out of the trap this guy not so much. Most aggressive none aggressive animal. Growling and hissing but when I put the stick in the cage won't even bite it.
