Awesome! My last truck had katskinz and I thought they were factory leather seats. I was leaning going that direction but I’ve seen a lot of Clazzio’s on here that look great. So now I have to decide!

I've seen both here and I believe most are happy with either one. Good luck with your decision.

BTW where are you located in WA?

Stock life for me. For now...
The chrome is soon to be forgotten! I’m going with body color matched Bumpershellz. Lastly, the black emblem overlays should be the perfect finishing touches.

It’s a difficult decision for sure. I’m located by Tacoma…south of seattle

Clazzios are easily/only DIY-able and are technically covers, so way less expensive. The Katzkins are full replacements - I was going to go Katzkins but figured I’d try the Clazzios for the price break and am super pleased, they look factory.

That’s encouraging to hear! I’ve been trying to weigh the cost of Katskinz and have struggled to justify it…I’ll probably go with Clazzios after seeing and hearing all the great reviews on here.

Gotcha. My Daughter and Son in Law are moving to your area. He will be working in Kingston as he is a Navy diver. I told her they should live in Tacoma because, you know, I own a Tacoma. :D

Make sure to unbolt your seats when you do it, about 45 min/side and don’t be afraid to get cowboy with the stuffer tool and you’ll be good to go! I got the “leather” and it’s nicer than the factory pleather in my Mazda, but lots of people like the cheap PVC ones too. I think it’s worth a shot given the price difference over katzkins for sure.

Plus if you buy a new Tacoma, you could take them off and put them in the new truck.

Yeah, Kingston is a lot nicer than the city of Tacoma…probably a long commute too! Ha. You’ll have to come out for a visit! Lots of beautiful places to explore here!

Katskinz seems to do a 0% interest financing offer every month or so if that makes a difference to you. I don’t have them so I can’t speak to the quality but I am on their mailing list so I see the offers. Think the last one was like March 25th or thereabouts.

Thanks for the advice! I’ll probably venture that route this summer then and see how it goes. It looks like they come out looking great from the pictures I’ve seen on here.

That I didn’t know…I’ll have to take that into consideration now too! Haha tough choices and first world problems I guess!

Not enough bandwidth on the internet to list.
I've seen Katskinz up close on other vehicle makes and I have always thought that was the way I'd go. Then TW exposed me to the Clazzios and I keep seeing all these people that have them done and they are super stoked with the result. I can see why! 3 of my wrench turning neighbors came by last night as I was finishing. Of course they wanted to see what I was doing "this time" to my truck that I'm constantly tweaking on. The front seats were done and neither of them could believe they were looking at seat covers! It's the way I feel, too. These things are frikkin' bitchin! and for a phenomenal price, IMO. I spent just a little more the $500 for the super nicely built Coverking Neoprene covers thru a Costco program. Had I looked into the Clazzios and saw the pricing, I never would have bought the neoprene's. For about $75 more, I would have had Clazzios. The Katskinz are pretty cumbersome to get info and an order together. I've been told they are north of $1000 but fully customized. You can customize the Clazzios for an extra $100. I bought all black because they keep them in stock and I had them in 1.5 days! Customs are weeks to months.

They have to report by August 30. I definitely plan on visiting once they get settled. Would love to see that part of the country. Have seen some beautiful pictures from that area.

Last thing I’ll say, there’s a 6-8 week manufacturing lead time unless you get the all blacks or all greys. Have fun!
