I think a lot of us are in central or southeast Mass. I could be convinced I know a couple of us had a private message going a while back!

I’m in the Albany area but travel as far as East Brookfield, Eastern NY and All of VT for work. I can usually get rides in after 5 wherever I happen to be but prefer to meet up with folks so I’m not crawling out of the woods at 11pm after getting turned around…it has happened more than once.

There's a lot of great singletrack at WHD. NEMBA has been busy there. Some of that stuff was just getting off the ground when I was in charge.

Yup, I was the President of Blackstone Valley NEMBA for 10 years. We were just starting to work with the rangers over at West Hill the year before I stepped down, but they've kept at it since then. The whole 'alphabet' trail system (Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, etc.) over there is a result of that work.

It’s a small world in the north east. It’s small, and big. There are people who I’ve ridden with who have been riding 10+ years and I’ve NEVER run into them, even though we are all regulars in the same trails.

Then I’m off on some back asswards trails down here that I’ve never seen ANYONE in before, and one of the dudes I rode with at Swansea last year came around the corner like OH HI wtf. Some off leash dog trails behind an industrial park, nothing of significance. it’s like 3 acres. It’s not designated off leash but that’s what I use it for.

ANYWAY. @BadDNA point being my coworkers thought it was funny when I explained that the VT trip I went on with the caves and whatnot a few years ago was spearheaded by Shoulder Boulder guy.

Ah yes...the Shoulder Boulder. I miss those features and the days when I had enough courage to ride them. I prefer to keep my tires (mostly) on the dirt these days, but I used to be all about the freeride scene down there.

Damn, that's nice lookin! Where'd you go for the maiden voyage? I'm thinking the exo-cage over the bed is new, right? I haven't seen your truck in a bit, but it doesn't have the cancer that the bumper and sliders have so that's my guess.
