That's a horrible idea. What time?
I am pondering the same things right now. I have an RTT in a 14" bed rack with a three inch lift on the Taco. I don't think it will be very easy getting a 40-45 lb dog in and out of that. It's OK for me, but I also think it would be a little tight with her up there. No budget for the teardrop or the re-gear to pull up hills off road. I'm 6"6', so the soft topper route with the bed in back doesn't offer a lot of room, especially with said dog. I'm thinking about parting with the RTT and going back to the ground tent with a good cot, so I'm not working to get off the ground in the morning. And it would offer more room for Tessa (the dog) as well. With heavy duty springs, I need to keep some weight, so the rack stays and maybe a cargo basket in place of the RTT.

Afternoon everyone, cold and dreary weather. Chores done, got a nap while watching the Barrett/Jackson car auction. Amazing how much money people got out there.

More times than not I get breakfast. Hold the sawmill gravy and double the grits! And the greens are pretty good as well.

Beautiful spring day here in Minneapolis.
We had to drive to another state just to see the sun.
