I'm sorry but can you help me out and explain how I would ohm out the wires between pcm and sensor

Are you absolutely sure the coil isn't sparking or are you just getting a misfire on those cylinders and assuming it's the coil?
I would expect it to set p0351 and p0352 codes if it was not sparking and there was no coil control there.

I'm getting no spark.. if I switch the coils around I'm still getting no spark to coil 1 and 2... but I do have spark going to coil 3 and 4

Are you setting coil circuit codes (P0351-P0354)?

Disconnect connectors at both ends, set multimeter to ohms (resistance), attach red lead at one end of the wire, black lead at the other. You're looking for a small number, close to zero

Idk then that doesn't add up to me if the coils have been swapped with known good ones and they aren't sparking but there's no codes.
The PCM sends a control signal (IGT) to each coil, the coils each send a confirmation signal (IGF) back to the PCM when they fire, if the PCM doesn't see a confirmation signal from any of the coils it should set code(s) for the missing coil(s).

I agree... I just don't know if I'm getting a control signal from the pcm to receive confirmation signal. But like you said it should show codes. I'm beyond stumped

Ok it's making more sense now, those codes will only set with the engine running.
    Do you have injector pulse?

I'm sorry for all the questions but I do appreciate your time and help I really do. How would I check for injector pulse? Thanks for the explanation

Noid light that plugs into the connector or test light from battery positive touched to the control wire, should blink when the engine is cranking.

Also a little background info on this problem and what led to it may help narrow down the issue.

I'm gonna test for injector pulse tomorrow morning and let you know. But would this not allow spark to coils 1 and 2 tho? Was my cousins truck. Went to work in the morning and truck started no problem. Got off work and got into truck and did nothing but crank and crank till battery was dead and never got truck running. Then I bought it off him thinking it was the pcm but got a new one from flagship and still same results no spark at 1 and 2 coils

I'm trying to take a step back to basics since we have a truck that is not running, I would expect it to try to fire on the 2 "good" cylinders if everything else is correct.

That's actually good info to know.
I think we need to step away from the fact that 2 coils aren't firing for a moment and check some other basics.
Is the check engine light on with the key on?
Does your scanner show consistent RPM while cranking (cranking speed is usually 150-250 RPM)?

Check engine light is on with key on... but only code is coming up is for air injection pump. I get consistent rpm wave for cylinder 3 and 4 but go no wave at all for 1 and 2

Not sure what you mean by RPM wave?
I was referring to the RPM Pid on a scan tool.

Doesn't have to be an expensive "fancy" scanner to read basic engine data and codes, plenty of them under $75 that will do that.
Beyond that it's probably gona need somebody with a lab scope to check cam and crank signals, timing, coil & injector control, etc, otherwise it's just gona be a blind guessing game.
I know that's probably not what you want to hear but there's not really any other test's that I know to do on a no start without knowing if the inputs from the cam and crank sensor to the PCM are good and the only way to determine that is with a scope.
