You can always lock it in your glove box

Yeah I personally wouldnt want to lock it in the glove box that a flathead screwdriver could open.

Yep, I started in about '99 or 2000 using their wax treatment system. Their market is still big time high dollar finished show cars but I'm noticing they have gone nowhere near the ceramic phenomenon which is interesting.

Drum brakes, and the keyless start on the manual. I can definitely agree on those. The tune I guess is for both mpg and safety, but my gti had settings for Econ, reg, and sport, which would be a great feature on the Tacoma. I assume the keyless start nonsense is due to the clutch start cancel switch. They can’t figure out how to omit the clutch switch or add another button to engage it instead of having the giant h key. Drums on the rear is just lazy. And the charger is a joke.

All of these concerns are unwarranted IMHO. This a great vehicle. These types of posts add fuel to the fire of second gen folks poking fun at us! Before back up cameras we used our mirrors, right? Everything else, who gives a fuck!? Enjoy the vehicle for it’s intended purpose!!! If you want to cruise malls and bitch about how you don’t like the red turn signal it’s all good. Just wish everyone would quit highlighting negatives and enjoy their fucking trucks or get a fucking Ridgeline!!! But I digress, just sick of seeing posts that pick the 3rd gen apart when every iteration before it has had issues. For some I guess it will never be good enough, for me I’m stoked everyday I start it up. Can’t wait to finish my build and hit Death Valley, Moab etc., etc. Goodnight TW!

Oh yes that did cross my mind. If magnuson doesn't want the design (gatta think big).

Idk if I would sell the file because then it could just get shared anyways. I would probably release the design but offer to print it for a fee.

Costco STILL has the Ridgeline on display at my local store. It comes with a lifetime supply of Skechers shoes. My guess is that in this case, "lifetime supply" would likely end in just a couple-a-few years for most owners.:rofl:

Lol! Those sketchers will come in handy when the Ridgeline gets turtled on a trail! :D

I am so with you. Glove box organizer, bed stiffener, door sill, hood strut, black out kits. All these are just cheap, easy and small things. but it makes the truck more personalized and more unique. And it is totally okay not to do it. What a great truck

Last Saturday I traded in my quicksand 2017 sr5 4x2, for a quicksand 2019 off road 4x4. They let me keep my truck over the weekend to put it back to stock, they delivered my new truck Monday night and by Tuesday I had 90% of my parts back on. Only thing I didn’t keep was my eibach lift but will be doing a new lift soon.

Since Monday I also got my tint done, and added a .5” top hat spacer for a 1” front lift. That will hold me over until I figure out what I will be doing for suspension.
