I believe it! When winter hits every year, I always think to myself how nice it would be to have one.

It can and has been done... the knowledge you seek is contained within TW. I just cannot justify the cost (says the guy with $500 mirrors...)

Yeah, I'm in the middle of convincing the wife that I NEED sliders, a light bar, and ditch lights, as well as some firearm related toys. The heated steering wheel is quite a ways down on the list. Someday though!

I told my wife that sliders were just side steps that would make it easier for her to climb in. I even showed her the RCI website and all the options available.

This is how a buddy (who's TW profile seems to be inactive) convinced his wife to let him get sliders for his 19 Tundra. He got full skids too.... Lol. "For the farm"

These pictures are just making me want to go outside again.

Also... What's the status of the truck... :boink:

Do it! Outside is where it's at! Umm, contacting dealers and being told how everything is being presold and that the only option is be put on a "list". Seems like the list varies from an email informing of an incoming truck to a maybe possibly being in line to buy? Lol, going to take patience.

You come down to St Louis I can put you in a truck within an hour or so of your arrival.

Two weeks after I got it the landlord turned on us and the roommate bailed, so I accrued nearly $600 of additional rent suddenly with having to move and all.

Really nice truck though. I try not to miss it too much..... :anonymous:

Yeah. I didn't make the best deal initially so it definitely hurt switching out of it into the taco but I'm saving a few dollars a month and things are manageable for now. Probably going to be a year, year and a half till I get things back where I want them to be but, the trucks running great, the kid loves riding in it, and I've got my puddle jumper for all the wheeling shenanigans (That one's worth about 10 to 12 hours of disassembly and still wouldn't fetch me enough to be worth trading in)

My wife had several Jeep Cherokee vehicles. They all had heated seats, heated wiper blades and heated steering wheel. We bought the new 4Runner and all she complains about is the heated steering wheel. It was the only thing I liked about the Jeep.
