MESO X MORIMOTO Full LED Tail lights

I'm shocked you replaced those OG Ultimate Taillights! Those have to be one of the most unique taillights around. I tried to get a set for a long time, and never could. Thats why I was pumped for these new ones that were a collab with Morimoto. I finally got a set of MESO designed taillights.

 

The OG Ultimate are still my all around favorite. It is like the true OEM Enhance +.
Sadly my LED were burning out, so I would need to replace it sooner or later.

I'm holding unto them in the event a repair option comes out in the future.

The New Style Ultimate Tail Lights are great, in both style and performance. Though, I would like the amber to be brighter, and maybe some other minor changes to make it even better. Ideas for MoriMESO V2!

Are you guys just getting the tail lights you pre-ordered last year before Thanksgiving or is this a second batch?

 

I think they look pretty spectacular when lit. Might be cool to just have them turn on together with my DRLs.

I think a majority of us are those from the preorder before thanksgiving. However I think I saw someone that made a recent preorder and that got his set. Not sure if they were preorders with Meso or one of his 3rd party dealers though.

Wow, that's amazing. If it was anyone but Meso I think people here would be screaming for blood if a vendor held their $650 for 7 months.

 

It’s a preorder. You ever seen the wait times on Tesla preorders? lol

 

People here spend more money than that with fabricators all the time and routinely wait several months for their products.

 

I know one that preordered a Rivian 3 years ago and is still waiting.

 

Any chance for a 2nd gen redesign from you in the future?

I purchased sliders on here from @JLee and it took months with no status update (which was perfectly fine since I had an estimated ship date). Vendors are listed as vendors on here because they're trustworthy and reputable. If they show any reason not to be, I'm sure they'll be promptly removed.

 

Finally got around to installing (was under the weather for a while). I installed the clears, and they go quite nicely. I think the reds might pop just a bit more, though

You’ve obviously never ordered kings. Spend 3500$ and wait 8-12 months is normal.

 

Do you live in a bubble? The pandemic fucked everything up. Never have I ever had to put almost 2k down on a piece of paper and hope I get the chance to spend another 40k if my truck comes in. That's just how it is now
