It goes back together a lot easier than it looks. You'll be alright.

Anybody know the bolt size that goes into the top coilover mount for Kings? Need to get some longer ones but don’t want to take the truck apart yet

What upper bushing did you use for this? My stock one wasn't fitting very well and I need to replace it with something better. Something like this guy did using the Wheelers kit?

What ever parts lowrange offroad uses when they assemble them. Low range does the assembling for wheelers.

Did you fab this from the ground up, or work off of a base and run from there?

It's a Trail Gear Rock Assault bumper with stinger. I'm just adding the headlight hoops.

Tacked the hoops in place, then pulled the bumper. Welded the hoops fully in place and stripped the entire bumper to bare metal.

I’ve got everything done and she started right up but was idling around 3000 RPM.. I messed with throttle body cables. Will readjust them in the morning. Was a busy a day. Upload more pictures tomorrow as well

Was able to get the the throttle body cables situated and tightened to correct play. After I did that, she was still idling extremely rough and low and of course, for got to connect one last tube. Once I got that on, she purred. I replaced all the hardware on the the valve cover with stainless. Will say she does run more quietly than previously. Glad it’s done.

Beater is back on the road, feeling out the Chevy leafs and the spherical bearing shackle hangers still. Need to get some sliders on it but I'm happy right now.

SO.. I’m attempting to redo my bed with raptor liner the right way this time.
I figured I’ll try grinding all the old liner off first. First time using a grinder for a job like this and only second time using one at all. I dont think I’ll be getting 100% of it out but I’ll try. I’m open to any tips or suggestions as well. I think this grinder wheel is working so far but what do you guys think.
