    Ya I said it. Dont get me wrong they are great trucks. I just think the styling of the 2nd gens doesnt show its age nearly as much as the 1st gens. :thumbsup:

    Yea that black waxy coating they put on it in 2019 was flaking off and making it rust underneath something fierce. Decided to see what 2021's they had in stock and they had a truck I liked and the rest is history.

    I too like the looks of the 2012 and up, but knew to avoid the 2012. Seen the 2014 for a good price and jumped on it. Dealer said there was quite a few inquiries on it, but I'm the only one that went for it. Glad I did, seems like a well kept truck.

    I'm still partial to my annoying as can be bright blue;)
    All I see are white, black, and silver Tacomas but very few Speedway Blues so it's pretty unique in my area.:)

    I dont think they put on any dealer coatings which I've heard sometimes makes it worse.
    It seems like my truck was also well kept. It has scratches on both the bumpers. The rear bumper is rusting like crazy and probably not worth repainting. The headlights could be replaced but I'm not wanting to spend the money on it until it really needs them.
    When I get my next truck I'll be wanting to get a 2015 because I dont think I want a 3rd gen yet.
