@Formidable PM sent but being in NY, I cannot believe there will be any real savings after shipping from WA.

I have a yet unanswered note into URD, asking about lead time or if in stock. Sent note Thursday.

Maggy direct says 12-14 weeks lead time, on the website.

I am local to @reymataco and need to catch up with him and compare. Everyone has a different expectation and these trucks (AT) do seem to all behave differently. I went from OVT 2.0 to Magnuson SC / Tune. Maggy tune - even newly released V7 had serious dead pedal like OEM - Maggy themselves told me they did not and would not address shifting logic. I believe them after driving their Tune(s). Now testing for @mZiggy and YotaWerx and their Tune does fix the dead pedal issue and uses VFTuner software to address other shortcomings of Stock and Maggy.

Maggy quotes longer wait times but it depends on when they get finished batches of the SC kit so I was told blah blah weeks and got it in less than half the time. Call Maggy and ask if they know any dealers with them "in-stock" and if there isn't one get on the list and you may be pleasantly surprised.

Question: does the default Magnuson tune actually have a maximum speed of 92 mph? I remember reading that somewhere but can’t seem to find a legit source that confirms it.

Since when? I’ve had mine over 110mph countless times. Heck I drove it until the governor at 113mph less than two hours ago.

Underdog Racing Development had them in stock when Magnuson quoted me 12 weeks. This was at the beginning of the year. I just checked and it appears they have them in stock now. Unfortunately the price seems to be going up.

Do you have the SC? Have you encountered this yourself?

This makes more sense to me, I can’t understand why Magnuson would set a lower limit than Toyota. I guess I’ll reach out to them to confirm they haven’t changed anything.

Interesting. Maybe the MT does not have the same restriction the AT has. My Maggy V7 tune stalled out D-6 at 89ish mph when it hit the rev limit - every time. Never did it with OVT / Vft with global speed and rev limit increase, or YotaWerx SC Tune.

I’d remove the SC if it set my top speed to 89mph. Sometimes that’s what you have to drive to keep up with traffic where I’m from lol!

My thoughts exactly, sometimes you just have to break 90 to pass.

I think the top 89mph speed limiter only comes into play for people with 5.29 gears. Most tuners up the speed limiter in the NA tunes I don't think Magnuson has done that in their tune.

It's because you have aftermarket gears.

Anyone else with an auto trans experience the speed limiter? Last time wife and I were out on the freeway it was limited to ~90mph
So we need people with each gear ratio to post their top speed.
