    Or has he merely been notified to appear for jury selection?

    I've been notified to appear for jury duty twice, and skated both times. :cool:

    I forget what the first time was for, but the second was a murder case. :eek:
    I got chosen as an alternate but was eventually dismissed.
    The guy took a plea deal, so it didn't go to trial.
    That was cutting it pretty close...
