You get tornado's a lot?

 

I haven't looked recently but last week the state climatologist was saying 20" of snow.

I can only hope he carried a few too many zeros.

I wouldn't say a lot of them...I've seen two for sure and maybe a third in the last 22 years personally. Of course there are many I don't see. One tornado about ten years ago, I got alert on my phone while driving, almost home alert said tornado confirmed in your vicinity...I look up and to the West n there it was about 10 or little more miles West of the house moving North East, smaller one but on the ground.

 

I need to sign out and get moving. Going to do some cleaning of the grease, get online and look for a few parts. Right after I took this picture then headed for the door going into the house, she ran over and sat down in front of the door. She (Haley) likes very much for someone to spend time outside with her.

 

I saw one in idaho,i know it wasnt reported... wasnt big barely made a down spout.

 

I always wanted to go storm chasing.

Funny... I've been at sea in some absolutely foul weather (seas of 40+ feet, storm-force winds), and it doesn't bother me over-much, but storms ashore... NO. THANK. YOU.

Mehh… it's entertaining. You haven't lived until you've been chased down the flats (hallways) of a warship by 600 lbs of irate Ricoh photocopier that broke loose from its restraints!
