I think I've seen a few on TW that have a LS swapped Taco! Not a HEMI but it's got more power than a 1GR-FE

 

diesel would probably help your MPG! lolz

 

it probably would, actually. My heavily modified 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 with the Cummins 6 cyl turbo diesel, weighed 7700 #'s empty, got around 17 MPG averaged over the 140K miles I owned it. Still scratching my head that my 5000# Tacoma with 1/2 the horsepower and 1/3 the torque gets basically the same MPG.

 

That's also if your lucky with the Tacoma! I think that @Aptaco272 said he got 21MPG or so with his Duramax!

 

I get about 25mpg in my duramax ZR2. 2.8 4cyl

 

Fords f150 v6 turbo has more pulling capacity than my v8

one bad thing about the ZR2. due to the shocks it can only tow like 4800 pounds. the regular Colorado with the duramax can tow like 7700 pounds

They make a ton more power. The 3.5L 2018+ Navigators make
450 hp 510 lb/ft!

 

Ya that's why they pull a literal ton more!
The ones we have at the municipality are like 350hp! I hate driving unloaded in the rain because it just wants to break loose!
