May I recommend Tramontina cookware. Awesome quality, not All-Clad prices. Zero regrets on switching to em.

I have the Chinese cleaver, serrated 11” and chefs from rest depot. The cleaver is super stout, 6 cutco steak knives no paring and now the 9” Japanese chefs. Gets the job done.

Figured since you mentioned giving away your post/pans I'd throw it in.

I wish I had a cohesive cutlery set but I always end up piece-mealing it. Just randomness from different places.
One of my favorites the last couple years was recommended by a commercial chef, the cheap Victorinox paring knives...and he was right, they're so good: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0067VLXZW?ie=UTF8

Lexus LS400 and Acura Vigor had a love child...and abandoned it at the docks.

    hell yes

Before: it started life as a 1992 Dig Dug machine from Atari. Here it is pictured as I got it: stripped, empty, and basically firewood.

Just barely fit under the Hilton hotel:

With the new paint job, and graphics. Note how the control panel has a bunch of holes, when arcade games became unpopular they loaded a new ROM and drilled holes for the new game. I riveted a new piece of sheet metal here.

And done. Uses a simple Dell Optiplex loaded with MAME.
