That wood is not a thing on the west coast.

Been paying $7.95 for 8ft standard 2x4 (which means, some fir, possible hemlock or other) yesterday were 6.95

 

I can’t imagine a time where that or the mushroom stickers on the camper shower looked good. I’m just glad I knew about the giant bundle of death behind that wall before going to town with the sawsall

The giant bundle of wiring should have been in some conduit or something!

 

Something would have been nice haha Second floor of an all concrete house so they sent all the upstairs wiring through that four inch hole.

All except two unshielded outdoor speaker pairs and Ethernet I ran. It’s one of three bedrooms upstairs behind it.

 

Pretty sure not current code.............but never dug into something like that.
