I went rafting on the Nantahala River in North Carolina with my brother. Absolutely loved it. I had a picture floating around somewhere of us. I have no idea where it went to, though.

 

SLS is a mess but lets just keep that between you me and everybody that reads this thread. I will be supporting them Thurs-Fri so I'll pass along what I hear as far as a T-0 time. But yes, back to vab before launch.

 

Lake Nantahala is where my inlaws have a place, talk about God's country. I'll be up there for the 4th of July, and around Thanksgiving killing the biggest buck of my life(Lord willing and creek dont rise)

 

I heard something on the ICPS went bad and they have to take it back to fix it? But at least they won't have to de-stack it.

 

Its a very minor hand valve that can be swapped in 2 minutes, shouldn't be an issue going forward. But they were rolling back to vab either way.

 

Not whitewater, but just regular rafting down the Rio Grande in CO.

TWENTY FOOT SNOW DRIFTS.

 

Apparently I use this stuff enough that family thought this an appropriate Christmas gift. There used to be a time when having your vehicle all detailed up and shiny black tires was a cool thing.

We were supposed to get dumped on but it's looking like that's all staying west and we'll just get rain.

Weather is playing out as predicted here so far, even a little warmer. We're at 89° now with strong winds out of the S.S.W. and the cold air mass supposed to push in from N.W. later this evening. Those two when they clash is when we get interesting storms.

Dropped the door off on way from shop, was going to put it in but they hauled cows since last week. It was clean. This explains why it was wet when he dropped it off yesterday

 

Cow trailer... that's a special kind of "wet"...

 

He washed the door before he brought it, that was nice of him
