What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

This is what the dealership told me and it was in the letter I received.

What I said was.... if I want to, for instance, key your car because you made enemies of me on this forum, all I would have to do is find a picture you posted with your license plate number and look it up in the right system to get an address. This is if I'm specifically targeting you, Borracho Loco. Now obviously if we're in a parking lot and you cut me off I could do the same thing, but we're talking about here, on this forum. So in that case I get why some may cover their license plate. If I remember to cover mine I will. If not, no big deal as I don't make internet enemies.. Generally.

 

You can always use a PO Box...

 

need to do this. how much of a difference is the sound? You just do the back or bottom under the rear seats as well?

 

That would be awesome but DMV (in Cali anyway) requires a street address.

 

Ironically, in NY State, I live in a box on my license (PO Box)... since that's how I get my mail, and that's what they want... The only way I get my physical address on my DL is if I got a RealID...

 

I did this in my last truck and did notice a difference. Not a huge difference mind you, but a difference.
