Are you doing this in a sxs or trucks?

That would be a fun day! I don’t have a crazy turbo sxs just a UTV. How rocky would the roads be? Don’t want to slow you down lol

I dont have a crazy turbo rig either, so you certainly wont slow me down. Small rocky-ish section, but definitely no "rock crawling". There is also a cool old mill up there, its pretty sketch so I've never gone in, but its neat too.

Headed out Sunday in the sxs to pre run part of day one if anyone is wants to go.

 

Just had to book a short notice trip outta town Have been hoping to find time to get out, this would have been a welcome change! Next time, hopefully

I've heard it is but I've never done it. Had a close encounter with one in the Rubies years ago. He was very aggressive. Enough so he almost got a .40 round in him. Got some good photos of him though.

LOL, those bastards are aggressive. The wind has been messing with this hunt the most. Very difficult.

 

Route was a no go today. Should maybe be ok in a month or so??!? Although we might have to push to the last weekend just because of snow... thanks @Drainbung for tagging along!

Seeing as it's still tied, I'm going to make the call so people can schedule time off if needed. Because of the amount of snow, we'll plan it for June 2-5. Leaving out of Fallon the evening of the 1st to a camp about 1 hour 15 east of town. Or if everyone wants to just start early on the 2nd we can. This is the 2nd range we'll be crossing, still very snowy last week.
