    When Blue was building their New Glenn booster storage facility last year on the Space Force side, I counted 26 jlg/cherry pickers in the air at one time. Most of those were 120/180 footers. There was a statewide shortage of rental equipment during that time as well.

    Bezos is not at all afraid to spend money, in fact imo he is willing to overpay 25-40% over market value for quality labor just so X won't have them.

    We just had a new hire to my shop do 2 weeks and put in 2 weeks heading to Blue. And also just have a 3 yr vet in my shop take a job at X. So there is a huge competition for resources and labor between Blue and X. I think Blue will do the same thing that X did after they were in a launching posture, trim the fat and send the leaners and non-hustlers down the road.

    The old diesel ones had a hoofer of a fuel tank, probably run for several days just turning an alternator. I used to see a regular heating oil delivery size truck filling them on occasion.
