My eta has moved from apr 19-23 to apr 18-22...nice to see some activity on it...i guess that means it might even be on the way here.

If it’s in transit it’s on it way to the dealer. I don’t see how it can get pushed back.

Seems that buying a tacoma has not got any easier since December. I have had mine for 3 months, first service has been done and almost 10k km now, driven too much.

Only drive on weekends, had a few long trips to interior BC, drive it in town is extremely terrible for gas expense.

So my 3 yr old didn’t want to go to sleep so I threw him in the car to go for a drive. Stopped by my dealer and saw my Pro sitting out front. Hopefully they call me tmrw to pick it up. Now I won’t be able to sleep.

Man I couldn’t sleep last night. Finger crossed today is the day. I do wish it was a 6MT but with all the shortages right now I can’t/won’t complain.

I'm getting told last 2 weeks of April. Did your dealer give you a temp VIN? I just keep getting blown off by the sales rep. Guy won't even tell me what to write on the money order for the down payment lol

Picked it up after work today. A few hiccups but at least I got a truck. Salesman said he will look into why there is no hood decal and black Tacoma badges on the door.

I don’t think the black Tacoma badges are happening for us Canadian pro owners for 22 but the black decal around the hood scoop remains a mystery with my sales guy still not getting a firm answer for me yet..

My salesman seems to think they should be there. But TBH he was a super nice guy but not overly helpful. But I will gladly take delivery without those things vs having to wait 6 months for a truck. I didn't go looking for a Pro, I wanted just a sport premium 6mt. But they had this one unsold and it was the only thing available until summer and it was already built at port.

I went to the dealership Feb 11 to look into wait times, left a deposit that day and picked it up April12. In between I had another dealer I was talking to phone me saying they got an allocation for a 6MT Pro, left a deposit on that one too. But was called 3 weeks later and told Toyota pulled it along with all premium trucks.

Now I hear dealers are told they cant even order anything with blind spot. a few dealers here got 0 Tacoma's allocated for April.

No temp vin or permanent vin, they say they don't get a vin until the truck is nearly at the dealership. I'm going in there today with my 2020 to try to get a brake issue fixed, hopefully they will have an update for me.

My dealer is saying the same. No part number and it’s not included on the Canadian model. I tried calling a couple dealers in the states to order it but they could not find anything on it.

I'm very pissed about the misinformation
Toyota should give the Canadian pro owners the whole package they promised!
What like 100 or 200 decal in canada?
They also stated in there news release that the black out badges and decals are included
