That's a horrible idea. What time?
Good day with Tessa today. Her six month old birthday present to me was learning how to get in and out of the truck on her own! No more lifting her in and out. And yesterday she was calm enough around Sampson (our male cat) that they actually got about 6" from each other with me in between them. Good weekend.

She does this like every morning now. I got her less than 1 year ago. The first few months she would sleep downstairs alone by the door. As the weeks went by she became more comfortable around me and living in the house. She now is a cuddle bug, makes weird noises and plays alot. I swear this dog knows me. Dogs are such good therapy they all have different personalities.

Many have probably mentioned it before, but this has got to be one of the best threads ever!

folding down the rear seats in a DCSB seems to make a great platform for a dog bed

The wife & kiddo were out of town for the weekend. So it was just me & Fen here.
He got into something in the yard(grubs?) and it didn't agree with him. So, of course he chucked it up on the patio.
So... I get the water-hose and what does he do?
He sticks his head directly under the spicket and decides he likes water all over his face.
    Behold: 20220410_123056.jpg

I walked inside to grab a towel, and my boy turns into The Flash! He darts inside and starts zooming all over his Mommy's couch!
    20220410_122618.jpg

Thankfully, got him under control. He's fine. Whatever he ate that upset him, is gone.
And more importantly, Mommy didn't notice anything with the couch!

I'm looking for some ideas. Tessa is now 6 months old, and camping season is approaching. Full grown she should be 40-45 lbs and about 24" at the shoulder. I have a smaller RTT, and I don't relish the idea of hoisting her in and out, and I don't know that if would be easy to get her out in a hurry if she decides it's potty time at zero dark thirty. I'm looking for ideas. I'm considering selling the RTT and going back to the ground, although I don't really want to. This would give me the option of continuing to use a crate over night. I have seen that some people let the dogs sleep in the truck as well. Which would still give me a crate option. She is a heavy duty chewer (which may be the teething, I hope is the teething!) and I am concerned about hew destroying a seat of four. What do you guys do? PM me if this takes too much room on the thread. TIA.
