Inside frame rails rust treatment/preventative.

Hello, everyone. I have a 2003 Tacoma with a 2010 frame. I read a post on here about washing out the inside of the frame rails and did so. My question is, what is recommended for a coating? I've heard about Fluid Film, Krown, oil drip, etc. I've been using Corroseal rust converter for exterior applications and then painting over it with Rustoleum Hard Hat enamel. I have a stray gun/tank with a 360° spraying nozzle. Any help in picking the appropriate treatment is appreciated. Thanks.

 

I buy Fluid film by the 5 gallon bucket. You only need less than a gallon to do a truck. And I apply it with this gun (link below) To the inside and outside of the frame. The aerosol cans are much less effective! Fluid film needs to go on thick! My 95 4x4 with 272000 miles the frame still looks great! Hope this helps!

Spray plenty of Coroseal inside frame and let it dry before Fluid Film, Wool Wax, etc.

Thanks for the advice. I bought some Waxoyl 120-4 for spraying in the boxed frame rails. I'll see how that performs.
