Not sure what your wheel specs are, but generally your caster is too low to be running 33's. You want to be closer to 4 degrees in order to avoid rubbing in either direction.

It's really had to say exactly what you need without knowing the full specs of your modifications, but it looks like you're rubbing on the UCA as well, might be time for new high caster UCA's and possibly some wheel spacers.

Just now seeing this, thanks Jesse. I'll be looking into this, but am open to brands/types you'd recommend as a lead in my research.

JBA and SPC are two very popular brands. I have done JBA's on my 4runner and really like them because they seem easy to maintain with multiple Zerks and 4 bolts to change out the balljoint.

Only thing I've done is add about 1.3" via the Eibach pro spring upgrades. After reading through forums, spacers perhaps unnecessarily cause some anxiety, but I'm certain they would fix it because of how minor and specific the rub is.

No, sorry if that was unclear. It started after the 33s were put on. I didn't notice the rub until several weeks later, but that doesn't mean it wasn't happening from day one.

Max out caster and see what or if you rub
Caster at 4 and then from there spend time or $
