2022 TRD Pro Tacoma Decal Canada

The way this is listed makes it look like a standard feature. I would go back to them and make them put it on.

 

Who told you this?

 

I'm putting the black out badges on .... but the decal I'm working on ..... they say it does not exist????? If Any body has any suggestions let me know or every proTacoma owner / purchaser complain and maybe they will do what's right?

Canadian site is confusing. Currently is says blackout badging is on all tacomas, and then right above it says remove black badging on all but Trail, which is what is happening in Canada. No mention of hood decal though

What type of mats come in Canada btw? Site says carpet mats, USA ones come with all weather mats.

I got both carpet and rubber with my 2020 Sport Premium. I had them throw in the Weathertech style ones though.

 

Are they the TRD Pro specific all weather ones like below?

 

I'm still waiting for the carpet mats for my 2020 Off Road Premium bought in Nov 2019..They better come soon.My 2022 Sport Premium is due to arrive this week.

 

Hey, if anyone wants a free set of decals for the TRD PRO on the side of the bed and the TOYOTA on the grill let me know. A friend has a few sets to give away in exchange for nice pictures. Just PM me.

 

These are the "Tubbed" style floor mat. The all weather ones are just rubber floor mats that are similar to the carpet mat shape.

Agreed. I can appreciate the hustle, but the stamped bed left alone lends to the appeal of buying the thing. Stickers sorta cheapen it.

 

Any mention of the hood decal has been removed from toyota.ca.....

 

Nothing like having people mention to Toyota they screwed up and then them covering it up.

 

When I saw my TRD Pro didn't have the decal, I asked the dealer. They said there was none coming with the truck. They offered me to purchase the 2021 decal for $220CAN. When I said it was supposed to come with the truck (as per website), they said they'd give it for free. It looks like marketing screwed up a bit on the Canadian site (shows black badges, black lettering in the back and the black decal on the hood). None of this comes standard. I had to pay extra to get the badges and the lettering. That being said, my dealership was pretty good as they'll give me a $1500 rebate over the optional accessories I took.

 

I think your dealership worked with you well. Others haven’t gotten the same treatment. The website showed blackout badges and the decal at some point on the Canadian website. I wonder why they changed it from the US to Canada?

 

More importantly, did you get your complementary 12 pack of Molson's with your Tacoma purchase?
