    he's the best landlord of all time really. Hasn't raised our rent since we moved in back in 2017, I keep expecting him too but he hasn't. Checks in fairly often (nicely) just to see if the house needs anything, it is a 100 year old house after all so it's cool that he does that. I do small things here and there but the big stuff of course is up to him since it's his place.

    Its one of his childhood homes and he told us when we moved in that all he really wanted was someone to treat it well so I think we both got lucky with each other. Well, we're more lucky because CA is rife with POS landlords
