    Are you sure the coil connectors are pushed on all the way? Any bent pins?

    Sorry for the late reply. Didn't get notifications. Yes the coil DTC's were permanent and not active. They'd showed because I used my brother high end deep scanner. Anyhow the problem was a dropped set screw into the cylinder head. 6kish later and i'm back on the road.

    Pins were good. Engine... not so much.

    Yup. It sucked, but oh well. She's basically got 60k miles now and will be around for a very long time.
