looks good…would these struts allow for ditch lights? I’ve seen some photos that after installing struts the ditch lights hit the windshield.

Then adjust it so that the hood doesn't lift so high.

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Pardon my ignorance, but is the rod/tube assembly adjustable, or is the height adjusted by moving the mounting brackets?

I was wondering the same thing but thought I might do some digging on YouTube. It would be more user friendly to adjust the struts for sure

Thanks! These are the Summit Off-road Dakars in Matte Black. 17x9 -25 offset. One of the lightest wheels I could find. Super happy with them.

I believe it is the second one, so you have to choose wisely when installing it.

I’ve been looking at the Summit Apex wheels…I was worried about the -25 offset but those look great! I knew those looked familiar when I saw them…they look great

Won @MESO and coopscustoms 1221 collaboration contest on Instagram. Meso's stuff already looks good but with the coopscustom lazer design is even more amazing. Minimalist key fob, gasshole, door handle covers. Thanks again @MESO

Maximum is 8” ( measured from flat side of truck’s hood rod). So you set your preferred height. I used an adjustable painter’s pole to prop my hood to the desired height. Once you install the rods in the lower brackets, you raise the rod up to the hood and align the other bracket to mark the holes. Lots of you tube videos to guide you. Pretty easy installation.

They are adjustable to your desired height. That way it will clear your ditch lights from the windshield.

Too late for me. I've got the Redline struts that I installed as per their instructions. Recently noticed that the hood could stand to be raised a bit higher, but I'm not about to go drilling more holes.

That looks awesome. I wish the Topo was an option for the key fob right off their site.

I was debating between the Spiker and the Redline struts. Went with the Spiker because of the extra adjustable height and the no measurements needed to do the install. And for some reason the Spiker struts were less expensive even though I bought it off from Amazon.com. (Saved Cdn$ 60.) But the Redline struts are nice too. What matters is we do not have to struggle raising the heavy hood.

sorry for the delayed response, but the battery is a SOK Battery 12.8V 100Ah Lithium. Looks like Amazon doesn’t have it anymore. With the seat back locked up there’s a good gap, when putting the seat back down it does rub a little bit.

Got the heated seats all wired up. Damn with the console out and all the wires and shit looks scary. It wasn’t. Tapped into the ECT button for light power for the switches and into the 12v switched on the lighter plug. Then the power wire to battery fused on both sets of seats and by the battery so should be safe.
