They've made automatic WRXs. I don't know why you'd buy one, but they do exist. So, time for a new excuse not to buy one, outside of the fact finding a rust free 02-07 in the Northeast is borderline impossible (I'm low-key looking).

Could also look for a Legacy GT which came mostly in auto and had the ej255 motor from the 06-07 wrx. Or if you're into wagons there's the Outback XT or Forester XT.

@fatfurious2 looking for a cheap overlanding set up. Either a decent trailer or 5ft cap. If you get bored at work. I'm really leaning towards just building something cheap as I just need to rough it for a night or two.

Actually my friend is selling his trailer and CVT RTT for $4k.

Let me know if you want his info. I think its an awesome deal! The RTT is on actuators, so it lifts up too. And has Toyota hubs, and the spare comes with it. I think they're 35s

What RTT is it? Also is he willing to discount a bit since trailer support wheel is flat? :D

I think he said its a CVT Mt Bachelor. It might need a new rainfly, ~$100.

already at the lowest he will take

That's a pretty good deal at 4k if you priced everything out on its own.

Yes the HF one I was talking about was a teardrop and on HF wheels and axles. It was I think 12-1300.

He has a supercharged 1st gen double cab, supercharged LT 3rd gen 4runner, 2014 Tundra with a GFC, triple locked 80 series, 85 4runner, and I believe a 2015 DCSB Tacoma.

I'm the oddball that sought out an automatic WRX... for my wife. We're actually on our second one. In my opinion it's a good option for someone wanting an AWD compact sedan that's a bit more fun to drive than the average

Yea, I grew up on manuals, and I'd only want one now for drifting.

My recent jealousy is a friend/co-worker finally decided a car would be better for chauffeuring his now older kids around (finally!) so he traded his V1000 cicle in at a dealership up near York, Pa where he lives for a 15 year old GT Convertible Mustang, V8, with a stick and only 90k miles. I want so bad!!

Don't get wrong though, I ain't kickin' any whale tail blue STi with gold wheels outta bed any day for eatin' crackers in it!
