    Last summer I took a trip in the Taco to the southwestern part of NM. To Silver City and Gila National Forest. On the map were all these towns listed so I figured I’d have no problem with fuel. Turns out most were ghost towns or somebody founded a town just to see his name on the sign.
    I was sweating the last miles. It had been telling me please refuel for at least 50 miles. Luckily it was all downhill and I made it to Silver City on fumes.
