    how much would your 1st idea cost...then your 2nd...and should i even do that to a 2wd truck?

    forget everything ive said about lifts rims tires and whatever else i might have posted...with the budget i have i wont be able to do that anytime soon and seems pointless to do all that to a 2wd...anyway all i wanna kno is what shocks springs or whatever to buy jus to kinda improve my driving on the road and off road but not hard off road jus like dirt or rocky roads...and i dont want a lift unless its a little one like 2' at the most...plz reply with sum info on ur idea if yall dont mind

    A few bolts are different.
    A full TRD suspension setup just sold for a little over $600 on here last week if that gives you an idea. Lots of people lift the Prerunners, Just make it how you want it, if you like it, go for it.

    Yea but like missleman said, The lo-pro tires are going to be the main source of the problem. The new shocks will give you a great ride, but in the end its the short sidewall of the tire that is not soaking up the bumps. There are a couple different ways to set up those 5100's so you can get some lift to get bigger tires on your truck, but again the price of admission goes up.

    A few bolts are different.
    not sure if it is recommended to use the lifted height on the front 5100's with the stock spring. Most people i have seem with them have OME 884/885 coils or Toytec coilover kit on them.

    ok so i wouldnt need anything else suspension wise if i bought that...jus bigger tires since ill be able to adjust the bilsteins right??

    if i jus wanted performance or name brand shocks for the rear and whatever is in the front...what should i get..no lift

    two inch skyjacker leveling kit on front, aal rear, bilstien 5100's, texas edition 20'' chrome wheels, 275/55/20 yoki's, borla intake and exhaust, nerf bars
    i have the "texas edition" tacoma... i had no idea there was a tss. im sure its the same thing. i have the 20'' wheels, borla exhaust, etc.
