Special Service Campaign Improper Programing of DCM

Just got the message that popped up saying Improper Programming of the Data Control Module, along with a VSC malfunction and a Pre Collision malfunction.
Called the dealership and they said it was a recall that just got sent out yesterday. Simple reprogram of the system he says. He’s working on one right now and said he’d call me back with an update on how it went and what’s involved.
I’ll post again once he updates me. Just wanted to post in case anyone got the same message alert.

 

I got the message on Thursday, and have an appointment to have it fixed along with my 10,000 mile service next Friday.
