Hello! I too have my CEL on. Checked the oil; it was low. Added appropriate oil. Truck running fine both before and after oil added. No oil leaks. CEL remains steady. Also checked gas cap. All is well.

Usual advice applies? Having it checked out next week.

    TIA.

My check engine light has came on 2 times. First time they ran every test they could and found zip. Asked me if I topped of my tank and I did. He said stop that.

I didn't. It came back on a year or so ago again, and I just took it in and asked them to shut the damn light off. They did.

I never topped my tank off after the second time, and so far the check engine light had never came on.

I did top my tank off last time, but I'm down to less than half a tank now when the light came on.

Would the fact that I'm down to one gas tank strap have anything to do with it? It will be replaced next week.

Checked the gas cap. No issues.

My check engine light always came on around 1/2 tank.

That's what I thought was the oddest.

My 2019 Taco just threw the exact codes as you did
30,000 miles. Mostly drive it around in a small town, with not much Highway miles. I used to round up to the nearest $ when filling up the tank. Will not be ever doing that again.

Do you know the exact component that was malfunctioning and did warranty cover it?
The Leak Detection Pump is 90910-AF006. Looking at replacing it myself if not covered under warranty.

    Thanks

What do you know, they actually looked at it and made an effort to fix it. Viola! It's fixed. Techs should never just clear a code and assume the reason it was set. I think I would stay away from that dealer.
