Lowest near me is about $2800...and its not that nice. You can get a real shitbox apartment for less but...

 

I guess it was 3000 for end of August-First of May, so whatever that comes out to.

Yes THAT IS a third gen, however, in the background is my recently adopted 1st gen (95) Taco, and as any new daddy would admit, a 28 year old newborn is going to be a ton of work to get it walking (thanks to its latest dense brick that it packed around,, but that it will be running soon enough.
