    If everyone would tell dealerships like this to pound sand they would go out of business, but people are willing to over pay so this crap will continue.

    Quicksand with hood protector, color matching decals on tailgate latch, mudflaps, glovebox, and tailgate hitch cover.
    I'm actually very seriously thinking about a Ford Maverick. I really like my 2019 TRD Sport which I have heavily customized, but man, the Maverick Hybrid with over 40mpgs is VERY tempting. If it wasn't American made, I think I would already have made the plunge!

    Certainly you must realize that some of these people are paying the markup because they need a vehicle right now and cannot wait for things to stabilize (which could be a long time from now if ever.) Folks in this position either have to pay crazy markups on a new vehicle or pay crazy markups on someone else's used vehicle. I know what direction I would go if I was in that situation.

    Yes, but at markups that high anyone could afford to take a day or two off and travel to a location that didn’t rip you off. That’s what I did, took a day off, used free air miles and saved a thousand bucks by buying my truck across the state.
