Just throwing out a idea, but when you installed the suspension, did your torque the lower control arms with weight on the suspension or while it was in the air?

Change of wheel coincided with change to Eibach suspension?
What's "a bit wider"; what offset?
Increasing positive scrub decreases the effective spring rate and has more leverage for bump steer.

Why 32-34 psi, when the recommended is 30 psi? For that tire, at 34 psi, you increase the load capacity at each wheel by 200 lbs...
That tire maxes out with load capacity at 36 psi; 500 lbs more at each wheel than the recommended 30 psi.

At 30 psi, Toyota decided those tires need an inflated load capacity of 1.54x that of GVWR.
At 34 psi, you are operating them at 1.69x that of GVWR.

This. Everyone loves HD shocks until it's time to actually drive on the road with ''HD'' shocks.

So they are 16x8 wheel with so 1” wider and than the TRD off-road wheels and have 0 offset. I installed the tires before the suspension so I didn’t think it really had anything to do with it but just added that info in in case it may play a part in the ride quality. I also saw these wheels are about 5 lbs lighter per wheel than the TRD offroad ones.

34 is what the shop put in when they installed the tires, I just haven’t changed it. I can try 30 PSI and report back next time I drive to see if it feels better, which I’m sure it will at least a little.

Dumb question, are the Eibach Pro Truck Shocks considered HD Shocks? If so, what are some shocks that are considered non HD?

The TRD factory lift kit might be softer, but I think those shocks Bilsteins are valved the same as the Eibach Pro kit.

You could try the TRD Pro Fox shocks people say those are soft, or Fox 2.5 adjustable coil overs.

IDK, I have never driven a 3rd gen, I'm spouting hear say.

For sure, I think I’m going to figure out when I will be able to get a bumper and if it’s relatively soon, I’ll just keep the Eibach with hopes of it becoming softer but if not I may go with a Dobinsons set up as I’ve only heard good things about them.

Sorry to revive this thread but I wanted to check in to see if things have changed with your ride quality? I too have the Eibach Pro Stage 1 installed on m 22 OR and I completely hate the ride. My children don't even like riding in my truck because you just feel EVERY single bump/imperfection in the road and it's done it so much things have rattled loose inside my cab and now i just constantly hear different noises from being lose. I have 9,000 miles on them and honestly just over it. If im being honest, the setup I had on my 2017 SR5 drove better than my current setup and that was just Bilstein 5100's all around on the 3rd(maybe 4th clip?) with a 1" block in the rear. My setup now is the eibach stage 1 with headstrong 1.5"aal in the rear. My wheel and tire setup is exactly the same but i just cant get over this ride quality.

Not good. Did you try to contact eibach ? Seems like quality control issues

I replaced my single AAL with a
the ICON RXT pack and it’s a little better in the rear but honestly not at all much better in the front with the Eibach. I haven’t gotten around to adding a bumper or anything (budgeting and all that fun stuff) so not sure if adding weight will help just yet.

I’m honestly thinking about just swapping it out, which sucks having to buy a new setup but I’m with you on the horrible ride. I did have some weird noises coming from the front and a local shop said it looks like my lower control arm bushings and ball joints may be getting worn out pretty fast (only 45k miles) so not sure if that’s something to do with the lift or not.

the only thing I can suggest so far if you’re not in the place to buy a new kit is to lower your tire pressure down a bit to probably around 28-30psi if you’re comfortable with it and it helps a tiny bit.

I did not because I wasn't sure if it was that to blame or a mixture of a few different things or if thats how its supposed to be and im just not used to it. At this point though i'm ready to just replace the whole setup.
