I found a package of beef bulgogi buried in the freezer. Sounded like a good idea for lunch.

 

My wife texted me that she felt like Thai, so Thai had to happen.

this is similar to a side dish i had at a bbq place in Texas. Id prob use cream of celery . And add some chicken. The pic doest do it justice.

I use cream of potato or cream of chicken with herbs in a lot of recipes!

 

Finished my Easter bunny cake a little early this year. Always turns out a bit different, but cream cheese frosting and coconut helps hide the flaws. Happy early Easter!

 

I haven't used them yet but I picked up the 3 piece set yesterday.

There was a bigger set that my wife was considering but figured we make sure we like these first. Our current set is 10 years old and the Teflon has seen better days.

How is it that bananas can sit around my house for so long that they turn black but if you mix them with some flour, eggs, brown sugar, etc. they're gone in hours?

...^^^... FWIW ... These are the best non-stick pans that I have ever had and I use them daily.

I have a nice set of S/S pots and pans ... but never use them because they are a pain to clean.

 

My wife made breakfast this morning with one of the pans, loved it and told me to order the 10 piece set, too.

What surprised me the most about them is that they're almost hydrophobic. After I washed and rinsed them, they're dry almost immediately. I'm very impressed so far!

 

They look quality, but the metal handles is a gripe for me. I prefer soft handles that don't radiate heat from the pan.
