Bought some new rims and tires but I don’t have a valve. When I take them to the tire place will they have a sensor valve for Toyotas/tacomas. Is there a universal valve sensor that will work with my 2022 Tacoma. Or do they not typically carry those and I will need to place an order online for one.

if they don’t have a sensor valve there, can they just use a normal valve? And what problems will pop up from that choice?

Most will have senors on hand, if not they will order and have next day. Your best bet is to call ahead and ask. With none installed you will have dash light.

Make sure to ask for cloneable sensors, and have the OEM Toyota ID numbers uploaded into each new sensor. Then there is no programming.

With the correct electronic tool you hold it next to the stem on the wheel and it will read the ID number.
