It just started snowing up here. Snowing harder now.

 

Snow is coming down heavy now. I might have to get the SxS out for a bit.

 

Wow! Another rain day, and no work… it’s getting old real quick!

I figured because of my sciatic nerve pain relaxing in the hot tub would be a better than beating around in the SxS.

Doing some random basement cleaning upon this beautiful day and came across my stock exhaust. Kept it in case I decided I wanted to go back to stock, but that’ll never happen.

Anyway, it’s off my 2020 DCSB. Had about 100 miles (that’s rounding up!) on it when I swapped it out. Has a chrome Toyota tip. A bit dirty, but in near mint condition. Anyone know what it is worth? Anyone have a need for it? For Sale!

I’ll probably keep the one hanger bushing, never know when I’ll need one. And the black spot is just a little overspray from my dealer undercoating. No damage at all…

 

The 5100s finally arrived. Anyone know where to take it to get it done? I don't trust myself with the driveway floor jack loading the spring method.

 

Hey Mike, I'd be interested in seeing how close it might be for working on my 4runner. Colorado smashed my aftermarket muffler/tailpipe, I'm tired of hearing it rattle and clunk against the frame and hitch. Maybe we could set up a time over the weekend?

I'm usually the guy that helps TW members with assembling struts because i have a wall mounted strut Spring compressor. But I moved to WV, no garage or tools here.

 

A shop in Rockville did my wheels/tires when I went from stock to the Black Rhinos and General Grabbers. They were absolutely phenomenal and went way out of their way to help me find the right lugs/spacers.

They told me they will also install aftermarket shocks but I’d guess that’s probably too far from you. I can give you the name if you’d like.

 

Sounds good, we can certainly figure something out… probably have to be Friday evening or Saturday, Sunday’s are track days. Give me a shout later in the week and we can plan something more solid.

Besides the tuning anyone out there turkey hunting? Went out yesterday and not even 1 gobble, i'll go again during the week and see where it takes me. Gonna be hard to beat the thunder chicken I took last season lol

 

Will be in the same boat shortly, have a set of TRD Pro shocks on the way. Appreciate any recommendations, and Rockville would work for me.

If you call, I’d just make sure they’re set up to deal with spring compression etc. because I can’t remember if I asked about that when I called. They may have thought I was bringing in a set of coilovers with the springs already attached.

I haven’t ordered my bilsteins yet so I had just called them preemptively to see if they would do that type of work.
