Left out too long, and yeah don't look like all corn.

 

That's 100% beef, none of that fake stuff. Sauté with some chopped onion and garlic. Made my own taco seasoning with chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes, etc.

Really good corn tortilla chips as well, from Trader Joe's. A bit thicker so they done get soggy. Crunchy and tasty. Can't see it, but there's sharp cheddar cheese and black beans. This was a last minute, don't feel like cooking thing. We were out of the some of the stuff we'd normally use; green chilies, jalapeño, etc. Luckily we had Si-lantro to pull it together. Alas, Irish beer is all we had so we made due.

Edit to add - just saw people are selling those chips on ebay for $12! Lol. I guess for people who don't have a TJ's close? They're good, but that's crazy.
