I'm up 22% on GTii now, so it isn't that hard to hold, haha... I do have some 60 day limit sells at tiered levels though, in case I miss the rocket. Glad to see they are at least still trying! maybe my warrants will be worth something soon

Morningstar makes a plant based breakfast sausage (yah, I know, I know, fake food) that is surprisingly good. I honestly can't tell the difference when it's in a sandwich or in gravy or something.

I gave up eating most types of sausages/hot dogs after spending considerable time inside meat processing facilities. Sometimes I stare at a burger and get vietnam flashbacks.

Which is simultaneously true and perhaps the silliest thing I can think of.

I tried the beyond and impossible burgers. If I didn't know, and you just served me one at a cook out, I'd think you got the frozen 20 patty pack from wal-mart. They don't taste like ground sirloin, but neither do those pre-made freezer patties from wally world. They're close enough in taste and texture.

My gripe with them is entirely cost. They're expensive. If they can get cost competitive with real beef, Im fine playing both sides of that fence.

I do take issue with someone who's veg constantly seeking out meat-like substitutes. If you're veg it's a great chance to eat whole foods and going with incredibly processed "meats" just flies in the face of that.

Although I myself am a big fan of the Impossible Whopper. When I cook it's dishes with identifiable vegetables and nothing masquerading as a different food group.

I'm of the mindset that if I want to eat vegetables then I eat vegetables. If I want to eat meat, then I eat meat. Surprisingly, they pair well also. I just don't see the point of eating something designed to taste like something it's not. What do they have to do in the process to get broccoli to taste like beef?

I feel the same way about the 50 sources of "milk". I have tried almond milk and while it is good, I just don't see the point.

Alternative milks have been a godsend for people with lactose intolerance

As for the processing of "turning broccoli into tasting like beef" that's a big issue right now. Some of those plant based chicken nuggets are full of preservatives and chemicals
I have no dog in the fight either way, but I will stand by the Morning Star veggie sausages. Those are delish

Almonds are directly contributing to the downfall of California. So i'm 50/50 on the waste of water vs California disappearing and then I have oceanfront property.
