@Cathugra.mo I upgraded my leafs to Deaver U402 Stage 2 and they're great. Weight is up to 700 lbs and I haven't had any issues.

So you other guys with 12v water setups, or that have messed with them at any point.. I'm hoping I can get some pointers from some of you. I've been building out my water setup for a little bit now and I'm pretty much done with testing and figuring out where I wanted it all ran, valve placements, etc. It's been working great with no leaks or issues, but I do wish I could adjust flow at the end (faucet) better. Right now I just have a section of garden hose with a 1/4 turn valve at the end. It works but definitely works better as a high pressure sprayer/washer than a faucet. I know what/how I want it in the end, but I just don't know how to get there. Whether it be a combination of fittings and attachments, or adding another piece to the 12v water pump/system. Ultimately, I want to be able to open up my faucet valve at the end of the line and be able to control that flow better. Adjust from a nice trickle like from a sink to fully open to moving some water. When I barely open the 1/4 turn ball valve currently, it creates a spray (maybe I just need a different end valve, idk) with the pump kicking in every 10-20 seconds. It's nice because the pump isn't constantly cycling, and I can adjust flow at the pump (which I have messed with) but I do want more adjustability at the end valve for the user. Is this where an Accumulator comes in? Or some other sort of valve or regulator? I'm also trying to figure out the best method for hoses at the end for the user. Right now its just the short section of flexible garden hose which coils up nicely and allows for different placements, but since its a garden hose connection and I'm trying to make something more like a sink, I'm wondering if I should change it out to a indoor water line type for sinks. Curious what you guys have been running or know of.

@XPOTRPR check out or contact @MR E30 setup. He has like a mini faucet. Almost like a dentist’s faucet with lever for his water. Adjusterable by how much you press it. Works very nice.

Are you guys winterizing your water systems? How do you keep it from freezing up - is there some sort of food safe glycol or something?

Thats what I envision. I have a couple in my cart on Amazon, but also wanting a specific setup at the end. Dont want to be stuck with a permanent mounted faucet.

EDIT: something like this. I may pick up one of these to try to mix into the setup.

@gnardoggie Luckily, here in Az we dont have to worry about it too much, but we do go cold camping, sometimes freezing, and was thinking I would wrap the lines with insulate if needed. I'm banking on it not needing a lot though since everything is in the bed and enclosed, etc.

In all my campers I used RV antifreeze (polypropylene glycol). Same stuff they use to give you to clear you out before a colonoscopy (I sure you wanted to know that! LOL!)

XPOTRPR, make certain your garden hose is nontoxic!
Also your hose may be too large for the pump to flow smoothly. I believe most RV lines are no more than a 3/8” if my old memory is working today.

Its non toxic. It's from another older water setup I had.

If anything, I think my pump is too much.. idk. With the 1/4 turn fully open, it pumps out the water in a full, smooth stream.. when its partially open, it creates a fan spray obviously because its forcing it through that little opening.

Could you take a picture of your valve? Could it be too close to the opening? You may just need an extension with a screen (similar to sink faucets).
    Just throwing ideas out.

I thought about that too! haha.. and more ideas the better, so thank you. I've seen the little aerators and other sink attachments.. I might try one of those next. I played with attachments and "extending" it. but 1) it didnt seem to help too much, and 2) kinda defeats the purpose I'm trying to make work. I'd like having the on/off right there at the end. When I originally had the on/off valve at the other end of the short hose, it did work better flow-wise since it had that distance to travel, but the on/off was in the bed and I had to have another person turn it on/off for me while I washed up or did dishes. So maybe some type of combo.. or I just need other components in my 12v setup.

That's a slick setup, thanks for sharing! I was just looking at the H2Go sprayer and thinking I could probably just make something similar. I like how this one has the pump built into the cap so you could swap it from one can to another.
