The people there are nice to work with. I haven't met all the techs yet.
The service manager moved me from where I originally had my tool box set up. It's in the corner which is nice because my tool box and cart fits perfect where I have them and I have two lifts to myself.
One thing that is gonna take some getting used to is the computer and how you need to enter everything when doing used car inspections (which I did today) and regular jobs.

It's still better than my last job however, I did not like it at all.

    and...I need tools.

We have Snap-On, Mac and Cornwell tool trucks that come around.

Had to do a cabin filter on a 2020 Compass. You have to remove the entire glove compartment and then a metal bracket right in front of the panel then the panel and there's the filter.
Three different screws also. Took less time changing the oil and doing a tire and brake inspection.

Got more socket organizers and a tire inflator/gauge delivered last night.

I have a notepad at work and I'm writing down stuff as I need it.

I have to start doing online Nissan tests, I'll start doing those tonight (we do get paid for them ).

I forgo to add that the Jeep Compass uses bolts instead of studs for the wheels. You have to be careful the tire doesn't fall off when you pull the last bolt and it's a pain to line the holes back up. Another tool I need to buy are the studs that help with wheel removal and install. Hopefully there is a set for multiple vehicles.

Wheel bolts....just get some regular bolts that size and cut the heads off and grind the ends smooth. That's what I use on my German cars with wheels bolts. I'm cheap.

Just picked up my AG TRD OR MT6 last week. I like in the Monroe/Trumbull area.

Looking for a OEM Tonneau. Really want a diamond back but out of the budget now.

Lost a half inch of ground clearance today.

Old/stock tires back on for the time being. Gotta figure out why my good tires are wearing awkwardly. Going to bring it in for an alignment first to see if thats out of whack.

Thanks Denis! I am pretty proud of it. But still not done yet. :anonymous:

One piece of siding to put up (weatherproofed temporary until then) and one row of deck boards closest to the house need to go in. It got cold before I could finish it last fall, and I havent had a chance to get to it on a warmish day this year.

With some time off this week, I should knock that out..
